Eases PMS symptoms
Regular intake of two capsules has normalised my sleep and improved my migraines significantly. I have noticed that when I take the pills and add extra magnesium, my migraines vanish smoothly within a couple of hours. Previously, I was incapacitated for half a day. I've also experienced a decrease in migraine frequency.
